Cute Creatures!

So it's going to be a stay at home day today as my son's football match has been cancelled due to bad weather, to be honest I need a weekend off from standing in the cold, But the snow won't stop these challenges going ahead.  So it's a new month for Stamping Sensations and Penny black & More @ Allsorts challenges, if you didn't get the chance to join in last month's challenges these could be the ones for you.

At Stamping Sensations this month the theme is 'Forest Friends' so you can use any animal you might come across in the forest.  I chose this cute Badger and Mouse from a Lee Holland set called Woodland Folk.  I chose the leaf and acorn paper to carry through the theme, and to embellish I die cut two Madera corners by Memory Box, punched some small flowers and added some gems.

We have sponsorship and prize this month from
Ribbon storage box, ribbons, bow makes and inspiration book

And of course, the Design Team have created some stunners to inspire you. Please do pay them a visit to their individual blogs - it means a lot to know you appreciate their efforts.

This is for the following challenges:-
1. Cute Card Thursday - #519 - Anything Goes

And now onto my second challenge creation for Penny black & More @ Allsorts, where the theme is 'Feature A Creature' So just get out your creature stamps for this challenge.  I went simple with this, started by embossing lines to divide the card, embossing the top and bottom panels and stamping my image in the centre.  after that I just added a sentiment, stickles and ribbon SIMPLES!

We have prizes from Penny Black, Marianne Designs, Bee Crafty  Now isn't that a lot of prizes, definitely worth getting your animal stamps out isn't it!!!!!!

Now if you would like to be a GDT for us, all you need to do is make a creation to fit the theme following our rules.

Are you wanting some inspiration, pop on over to the challenge blog and then you can see all the wonderful creations from the rest of the talented team.

Two wonderful cards Tracy, so very cute!! Sorry to hear winter is still in full force over there, hope it'll warm up there soon! We've had the most awful winter this year, and I am so happy it finally seems to be leaving us behind slowly. (But colder temps are in this coming week's forecast, just hope no snow or ice!)

Wow, your card is amazing! I love the badger sitting under the flower and your little mouse, and the way you framed them with the die cut leaves and flowers is beautiful 😁. Wishing you a wonderful week! J 😊
